Fresno Unified School District, Fresno, CA

By the start of the 2011-2 school year, Fresno Unified plans to promote water consumption by placing "Igloo" containers and paper cups in all schools.  Local health and nutrition organizations partnered with the school district to cover some of the costs associated with the equipment.

The district already successfully piloted these efforts in a few schools and found a positive student response.  Based on this positive response, it decided to expand districtwide.
